1. What's the difference between a typical real estate photograph and a 360° photograph?
A regular real estate photograph is static. Fun to view and easy-to-use 360° Photos show a complete perspective of any room or area of a house (or building) - from floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall, inside and out!

2. What areas of the property do you photograph?
We photograph any/all areas of the house that you would like to highlight. Including: inside and outside entry areas and foyer, living rooms, dens, kitchens, breakfast areas, dining rooms, bedrooms, baths, basements, garages, In-law suites/additions, exterior front yard, back yard, side yards, pools, & outdoor amenities!

4. Do you also shoot regular still photographs for my listing?
Yes we do! Included in our virtual tour package is a 360° Virtual Tour & ≤ 45 still photographs of your property. While we are on location photographing, we collect all the imagery we need for both regular still imagery AND the virtual tour. You will receive your still images within 24 hours to place on your listing!
5. Once I contact you how long will it take for you to photograph my property listing?
Your listing can be photographed as soon as 24-48 hours from the time that we receive your written request (via text or email). We also have clients who schedule with us in advance, so feel free to do either, whichever works best for you!
6. What do you need from me the Real Estate Agent?
We only require two things: the lock-box code for access to the house key (as your presence during the photoshoot is not required!), and that the space to be clean & ready to be photographed when we arrive. We will NOT be re-arranging furniture or picking things up during the shoot, we will photograph the house exactly how it is. Also, keep in mind since our photographs are 360°, all angles will be captured by our camera! Please let us know if there are any spaces you wish to not have photographed.
In order to provide the best product for you we ask that you provide us as much information about your listing as possible! This would include the living space/square footage, room dimensions, amenities such as granite counter-tops and new carpet, nearby schools and shopping, etc. We will insert this information into the 360° photos via informative text boxes, links, videos, etc. Please note once the listing is published we also have the ability to pull the information from there as well!
7. How long does it take for you to shoot the property, and do I have to be there during the shoot?
Shoot time depends on the size and lay-out of the property and the number of images you want us to photograph. In general, it takes approximately 2 hours for us to set-up our gear and shoot a property. There is no need for you to be present during the shoot!
8. How long after the shoot will I receive the 360° Virtual Tour?
Within 3 days of your property photoshoot the completed 360° Virtual Tour will be delivered to you, ready for use!
9. How do you deliver the 360° Virtual Tour to me?
We send you a link & embed code via email to the modern online gallery containing your all of your images! It is easy to copy & paste the link and embed code all over the web to show off your imagery wherever you would like.
10. Can I place the 360° Virtual Tour on my individual and/or brokerage websites?
Yes! It's an incredibly easy and short process, it just requires you to copy & paste onto your website and/or listing. Our tech staff is available for help if you need any assistance!
11. Can the 360° Virtual Tour be viewed on smartphones, tablets, and computers?
Absolutely! That’s the beauty of this product, it is intuitively viewable on any device 24/7. And even better, it can also be viewed on virtual reality headsets.
12. How long are the photos available to be viewed online?
Pricing includes one-year of online hosting at no additional charge. If needed, subsequent years of hosting can be purchased for $75 per year.
13. Can you put links and videos in the Enhanced 360° Photos?
Yes! We have the ability to place text, links, video, photo, music, your logo & a navigational menu within the gallery of your Enhanced 360° Photos. Inserting key informative text into the panoramic photos turns your images into effective marketing tools, conveniently giving buyers the info they want without having to search for it!
